In addition to polyurethane rubber compounds, we also offer our customers traditional compounds such as NBR and HNBR, which are widely used in the production of various types of technical items.
General characteristics of NBR compounds: Excellent resistance to heat and ageing, to mineral and vegetable oils, hydrocarbons, water, steam and gas, for which they also show low permeability.
General characteristics of HNBR compounds: Excellent abrasion resistance, resistance to mineral and vegetable oils, hydrocarbons, water, steam and gas. They also show good compression set behaviour and good thermal performance.
Specifically, we have available 2 different NBR compounds and 1 HNBR compound, which are used in the ceramic market to mould suction cups as shown alongside, used for lifting and handling hot tiles without leaving any mark on the tile surface.
In addition to supplying the compounds, we also have 3 different moulds for producing suction cups in various sizes and fittings.
For the production of suction cups, the compound/mould combination is completely open based on customer requirements.
