The first of the company’s three facilities is the workshop dedicated to the MOULDING & PRESSING of CERAMIC PUNCHES with polyurethane rubber and resin.
Within the production unit, high-technology equipment is used, such as automatic sandblasting machines, moulding presses with capacities up to 1,000 tons with 1600×2000 magnetic plates for the production of big size punches, multi-component casting machines for the production of polyurethane resin and a oven used for punches post-curing as well as for pre-heating resin drums before loading into the casting machines.
In addition to ceramic punches, we also produce and mould other technical items, both by coating or pressing, meeting the most diverse customer requests and requirements.
