MIXING AND DOSING MACHINES

The tanks are made of stainless steel with radial blade agitators, thermally insulated and heated either by oil bath or air system. Temperatures are independently controlled. Flow rate can be customised according to customer requirements. A system is also provided for component vacuum and for loading the prepolymers into their respective tanks, and a washing system allows rinsing of the dynamic mixing chamber.
The operator works through a touch-screen panel using a simple and user-friendly software which enables recording and storage of working data including recipes, weights, etc.

Starting from the analysis of the needs of the interested customer, we can autonomously carry out the complete construction of the machinery, offering the best solution to the Customer’s needs from preparing a technical-economic offer up to the final commissioning of the plant in production.
