Within the field of cast polyurethane, the company has been successfully manufacturing and marketing, for several decades, MIXING & CASTING MACHINES for TDI POLYURETHANE SYSTEMS with two or more components.
The prepolymer is the main component and the base of the elastomer; the second component is the catalyst, which is mixed with the first to create what is subsequently defined as polyurethane resin.
The mixing head is a membrane head, specifically developed to achieve optimal pressure regulation both during the recirculation phase of the materials and during the casting phase.
The tanks are made of stainless steel with radial blade agitators, thermally insulated and heated either by oil bath or air system. Temperatures are independently controlled. Flow rate can be customised according to customer requirements. A system is also provided for component vacuum and for loading the prepolymers into their respective tanks, and a washing system allows rinsing of the dynamic mixing chamber.
The operator works through a touch-screen panel using a simple and user-friendly software which enables recording and storage of working data including recipes, weights, etc.
