General characteristics<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

This is a PUR ESTER ELASTOMER (AU)<\/strong> with outstanding mechanical strength, excellent tear and abrasion resistance, and rebound properties, combined with extremely high elongation at break, even at high hardness levels (a feature not achievable with traditional elastomers).
It also provides EXCELLENT RESISTANCE TO<\/strong> mineral OILS<\/strong> and fuels, while showing low resistance to hydrolysis.
The hardness range goes from 70 to 100 Shore A, with intermediate values of 1-point increments. Excellent bonding to metal. This type of rubber is also used to produce technical items subjected to specific mechanical stresses, and vulcanisation can be performed by compression or in autoclave for roller production.<\/p>\n

Compound storage conditions<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

This type of rubber is highly reactive at room temperature and must therefore be stored in freezer cells at -15\/-20\u00b0C (approx. -18\u00b0C) properly protected in PE packaging.\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Moulding indications<\/i><\/b>
\nMoulding must be carried out at temperatures between 125\u00b0C and 130\u00b0C (not higher).

\u201cCLD\u201d LONG-LIFE RUBBER COMPOUNDS <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

General characteristics<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

This is a POLYETHER POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER (EU)<\/strong> which, similarly to polyester-based products, offers excellent mechanical characteristics, wear and abrasion resistance, elasticity and low gas permeability. Resistance to mineral oils and fuels is lower than the POLYESTER type, especially at high temperatures (around 100\u00b0C). On the contrary, it offers EXCELLENT RESISTANCE TO HYDROLISIS<\/strong>. The hardness range can vary from 55 to 90 Shore A. Excellent bonding to metal.<\/span><\/p>\n

This rubber is also used to produce technical items subjected to mechanical stress, and vulcanisation can be performed both by compression and by injection, as well as in autoclave for roller production.<\/p>\n

Compound storage conditions<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

This rubber compounds can be stored at room temperature avoiding direct sources of light or heat and keeping in its original PE packaging. Under these conditions, integrity can be guaranteed for up to 3 months which can be further improved, if necessary, storing it at temperatures below 0\u00b0C to preserve its excellent properties for longer period of time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Molding indications<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

This rubber is moulded at temperatures ranging from 135\u00b0C to 145\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
